Mike Jones joined the Dallas Fire Department at the age of 18 in 1961. He retired in 2024 with a stunning 63 years of service. In the latter part of his career, with his pension maxed out, he was essentially working for free, and not at a cushy desk job. What drives such a man? Listen to find out.
